At The22, we offer a variety of movement classes, designed to encompass and stimulate the many facets of the body and mind. Weekly classes in pilates and Fitness keep the muscles toned, bones strong and endurance building while the multitude of yoga classes spanning vinyasa, mandala and yin provide flexibility, elasticity and relaxation of both body and mind. Our schedule includes chakra tuning and sound healing sessions to provide a dedicated space for energy balancing and social connection.
